The easier way to find workers, find talent and get staff
Finding staff has become one of the most time-consuming parts of running a business. Adverts go unanswered, CVs don’t match the brief, and shifts still need covering on Monday morning. Worker Finder exists to take that pressure off you. We’re a staff hiring agency and resourcing agency that works exclusively for employers — our job is to find workers, screen them properly and put them in front of you ready to work.
Whether you need workers for a single night shift, a seasonal peak or a permanent management role, our recruitment teams run the whole process: sourcing, interviewing, reference and right-to-work checks, onboarding and — for temporary staff — weekly payroll. You simply tell us what you need and approve the shortlist.
Unlike a job board, where you post an advert and hope, we actively search candidates from our own talent pool, referrals and specialist networks. That’s why businesses hiring across construction, logistics, hospitality, care, IT and office support come back to us when they need to hire workers quickly and reliably.
Our recruitment services for employers
Flexible hiring solutions built around how your business actually runs. Choose one service or combine them — many clients use temporary staff recruitment for cover while we run permanent recruitment in the background.
Temporary staff recruitment
Hire temporary staff by the shift, week or season. We supply temporary workers who are vetted, inducted and paid by us, so you get cover without the admin. Ideal for holiday cover, peaks and short-notice absences.
Permanent recruitment
Full-cycle staff recruitment for permanent hires — from writing the job advert to negotiating the offer. We find job candidates who fit the role and your culture, and back placements with a rebate period.
Executive & management recruitment
Discreet executive hiring for senior positions, site managers and department heads. Our executive search recruitment approach targets passive candidates who aren’t browsing job boards.
IT recruitment & IT contracting
Our IT recruitment consultants place service desk analysts, on-site IT support engineers, developers and infrastructure specialists on contract or permanent terms — a strong fit for IT in Milton Keynes’s busy tech sector.
Construction, trades & labour
Find labour for your site: CSCS labourers, gangers, plumbers, electricians, painters and decorators, landscapers and engineering hiring for project managers. Labour recruitment that keeps your programme on track.
Logistics, warehouse & drivers
Logistics in Milton Keynes never stops. We supply pickers, packers, forklift operators, van and delivery drivers for distribution centres around Magna Park, Kingston and beyond — on day, night and weekend patterns.
Hospitality & catering
Find hospitality staff for restaurants, hotels, events and contract catering: kitchen assistants, kitchen porters, chefs, bar and front-of-house teams, plus event stewards for large public events.
Care & support workers
Find support workers, care workers, one-to-one support staff and night senior carers for care homes, supported living and domiciliary providers. DBS-checked and trained to your service’s standards.
Office, admin & retail staff
An office admin agency service for receptionists, administrators, office management and customer service teams, plus retail staff for store openings, stock takes and Christmas trading.

Why businesses choose Worker Finder as their recruitment firm
When you’re looking for an agency, the “best agency” is the one that understands your sector, answers the phone and sends people who turn up. We’ve built our recruitment agency services around exactly that.

Who we help: businesses hiring at every scale
SMEs and growing businesses
Most small businesses don’t have a dedicated HR agency or in-house recruiter. We act as your recruitment team — handling everything from the job advert to day-one onboarding, so you can get on with running the business. Hiring part-time employees, a first office manager or a handful of seasonal retail staff? We’ll scale the service to fit.
Multi-site and national employers
For larger organisations we run commercial hiring programmes across multiple sites, with one account manager, consistent vetting standards and consolidated invoicing. It’s company recruitment without the fragmentation of juggling dozens of agencies.
Recruitment agencies & recruitment-to-recruitment
We also partner with other agency businesses. If your desk has more vacancies than consultants, our recruitment-to-recruitment service provides second-tier supply or helps you hire experienced recruiters. And if you’re researching how to start a recruitment agency in the UK, our team is happy to share practical recruitment advice on compliance and candidate sourcing.
Senior and specialist hiring
As one of the specialist recruitment agencies in the UK focused on hard-to-fill roles, we support management recruitment, engineering recruitment services and IT contract recruitment — the roles where a generic job ad simply doesn’t reach the right people.
Find us in Milton Keynes
Our head office sits in Central Milton Keynes, a short walk from Milton Keynes Central station — ideally placed to serve employers across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and the wider Oxford–Cambridge corridor.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly can you find workers for my business?
For temporary roles we can often supply workers the same or next day, and typically within 24–48 hours. Permanent recruitment usually takes one to three weeks to shortlist, depending on seniority and how specialist the role is.
How much does it cost to hire through a recruitment agency?
Temporary staff are charged at an hourly rate that covers the worker’s pay, holiday pay, employer National Insurance, pension contributions and our margin. Permanent placements are charged as a one-off fee, usually a percentage of first-year salary. We’ll give you a written quote before any work starts.
Do you only recruit in Milton Keynes?
No. Milton Keynes is our base, but we find workers for employers throughout England, Scotland and Wales — from care roles in Glasgow to trades in Swansea and hospitality in London.
What checks do you carry out on candidates?
Every candidate has a right-to-work check, an interview and references. Depending on the role we also verify DBS certificates, CSCS cards, FLT licences, driving licences and professional qualifications.
Can I post a job myself?
Yes. Use our post a job page to send us your vacancy details. A consultant will call you back to confirm the brief and start searching for job candidates straight away.
Can temporary workers become permanent?
Absolutely. Temp-to-perm is one of our most popular services — you can trial a worker on the job before offering a permanent contract. Transfer terms are set out clearly in our terms of business.
