Our story: a workers company built for employers
Worker Finder started from a simple frustration we heard again and again from businesses hiring: “We need workers, but we can’t find anyone reliable.” Job boards brought piles of CVs but few suitable job candidates. Traditional agencies were slow to respond. Hiring managers were left covering shifts themselves.
So we built a different kind of staff company — one that works exclusively for employers. We don’t wait for applications to arrive; we actively search candidates, screen them properly and put ready-to-start people in front of you. That’s what we mean when we say we find workers, not just CVs.
Today, from our head office on Elder Gate in Central Milton Keynes, our recruitment teams support businesses across construction and trades, logistics, hospitality, care, IT and office support — locally in Buckinghamshire and nationwide from Glasgow to Bournemouth.
