Job Description

SWARCO Smart Charging in Dundee is seeking a Customer Support Advisor for a fixed-term 6-month contract.

You will be the frontline contact for EV drivers and ChargePlace Scotland users, providing friendly assistance and basic technical help.

Based at the Operations Centre in the Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc, you will handle registrations, case logging, and service requests across a 24/7 shift pattern.

Full training will be provided to develop expertise in a rapidly evolving industry.
