The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for building and managing our network of commercial plumbers and mechanical operatives while developing relationships with M&E contractors across London.

This isn't a corporate recruitment role.

You'll have the freedom to shape how we recruit, develop client relationships and grow the business.
Responsibilities
• Recruit self-employed commercial plumbers and mechanical operatives.
• Build relationships with M&E contractors.
• Source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and referrals.
• Manage the recruitment process from enquiry to placement.
• Maintain regular contact with both clients and operatives.
• Help grow the Capital Plumbing Labour brand.
We're Looking For
• Experience within construction or M&E recruitment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Someone who enjoys building something rather than maintaining an existing desk.
• Existing industry contacts are an advantage.
