About the Role
Worker Finder is currently sourcing warehouse operatives for a busy distribution site in Coventry. This is an immediate, temporary position with the possibility of extension for reliable workers, and no previous warehouse experience is required as full training is provided on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
- Sorting, labelling, and storing stock accurately
- Using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and compliant with health & safety standards
- Supporting the wider warehouse team to hit daily targets
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet for shifts
- Own transport or reliable access to the Coventry site is helpful
- Forklift licence (Counterbalance/Reach) is a bonus but not essential
