We are recruiting temporary part time Chef from (4pm to 10pm) on temporary basis in central London, Old street area.

Main Responsibilities:
Menu Planning: Chefs are responsible for developing creative and diverse menus that align with the establishment’s theme or the client’s preferences. They consider seasonal ingredients, dietary restrictions, and market trends while crafting new dishes.
  1. Food Preparation: Chefs are skilled in various cooking techniques and are proficient in preparing a wide range of dishes. They ensure that all food items are cooked to perfection, following recipes and maintaining high-quality standards.
  1. Kitchen Management: Running a smooth and efficient kitchen is a crucial aspect of a chef’s role. They oversee kitchen operations, including food inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment in proper working condition.
  2. Supervising Staff: Chefs are in charge of kitchen staff, which may include sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants. They provide guidance, training, and support to maintain a cohesive and well-coordinated team.
