We are recruiting temporary part time Chef from (4pm to 10pm) on temporary basis in central London, Old street area.
Menu Planning: Chefs are responsible for developing creative and diverse menus that align with the establishment’s theme or the client’s preferences. They consider seasonal ingredients, dietary restrictions, and market trends while crafting new dishes.
- Kitchen Management: Running a smooth and efficient kitchen is a crucial aspect of a chef’s role. They oversee kitchen operations, including food inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment in proper working condition.
- Supervising Staff: Chefs are in charge of kitchen staff, which may include sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants. They provide guidance, training, and support to maintain a cohesive and well-coordinated team.
- Quality Control: Maintaining consistency and high standards in food quality is of utmost importance. Chefs taste and inspect dishes before they are served to ensure they meet the expected taste and presentation.
- Sanitation and Safety: Chefs adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen. They ensure that the workspace is clean and organized and that all food handling processes comply with health regulations.
- Culinary Creativity: Chefs are passionate about culinary arts and constantly seek innovation in their dishes. They experiment with flavors, textures, and presentation to enhance the dining experience.

Personal skills & Essential Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated and have a ‘can do’ attitude
- Must be able to provide TWO employment references
Hours of Work: Thu To Sun – 16.00 – 22.00
Pay Rate: £14 to £17 per hour
