About the Role

Worker Finder is recruiting reliable Warehouse Operatives for a busy third party logistics (3PL) operation in Milton Keynes. This is an immediate, ASAP-start temporary role within a fast-moving warehousing and distribution environment supporting ecommerce fulfilment, pick-and-pack, goods-in and final mile delivery preparation for a leading logistics company.

Whether you have previous warehouse logistics experience or are looking to break into the supply chain and logistics sector, this role offers consistent shifts, competitive pay above the National Minimum Wage, and genuine opportunities to progress into forklift, team leader and logistics coordinator positions across our 3PL and warehousing services network.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and dispatching orders accurately for ecommerce fulfilment and 3PL clients
• Receiving, checking and putting away goods-in stock in a fast-paced warehouse
• Loading and unloading deliveries in line with warehouse logistics procedures
• Maintaining accurate stock records and supporting warehouse automation systems
• Keeping the pick-and-pack warehouse clean, safe and compliant with health & safety standards
• Supporting reverse logistics, returns processing and final mile delivery preparation

What We’re Looking For

• A strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a busy team
• Good attention to detail and reliability – punctuality is essential
• Comfortable with physical, on-your-feet work in a warehousing and distribution setting
• Previous warehouse, 3PL or logistics experience is welcome but not essential – full training provided
• Right to work in the UK
