Worker Finder is currently sourcing skilled and reliable Heating Engineers in Peterborough, PE1 for an immediate-start temporary placement in Milton Keynes and the wider Buckinghamshire area. Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out first and second fix carpentry, framing, and general joinery work
- Bricklaying and blockwork to current building regulations and specifications
- Reading and working from architect drawings and site plans
- Working safely alongside other trades on a live construction site
- Maintaining tools, materials, and a tidy, safe work area
- Reporting progress and any issues to the site supervisor or foreman
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a carpenter, bricklayer, or general construction tradesperson
- Valid CSCS card (or equivalent) for site access
- Own basic hand tools (PPE and larger plant/tools provided on site)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team
- Right to work in the UK
