Worker Finder is actively recruiting skilled Carpenters, Joiners, Bricklayers, and Multi-Trade Construction Workers for a wide range of temporary placements starting immediately across Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, and numerous UK-wide sites. What You’ll Be Doing

• First and second fix carpentry work on residential and commercial new-build sites
• Rough and finish carpentry including framing, studwork, and roof structures
• Joinery installation: doors, windows, skirting, architrave, and fitted units
• Bricklaying, blockwork, and masonry to drawings and specifications
• Working from technical drawings and following site supervisor instructions
• General construction trades duties across live build programmes
• Maintaining a safe working environment in line with site health and safety rules

Who We’re Looking For

• Valid CSCS Card (Green Labourer, Blue Skilled, or Gold Supervisor — any accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of proven, site-based construction trade experience
• City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry, Joinery, Bricklaying, or equivalent
• Own tools and appropriate PPE (steel toecap boots, hi-vis, hard hat)
• Right to work in the United Kingdom — documentation required at registration
• Reliable attendance and strong site timekeeping
• Experience across residential, commercial, and refurbishment sectors preferred
