Job Description
An established Milton Keynes employer is looking for a reliable accounts & admin assistant to join a busy finance and operations team. This is a hands-on administrative assistant role combining day-to-day office administration with light bookkeeping and accounts support. You will keep records accurate, process invoices, support the wider team, and help the business run smoothly. Whether you have worked as an accounts assistant, office administrator, accounting assistant, or administrative assistant, Worker Finder wants to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase and sales invoices, expenses, and basic bookkeeping entries
- Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records, spreadsheets, and filing
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable queries by phone and email
- General office administration — diary management, correspondence, and data entry
- Supporting the finance manager and wider team with month-end and ad-hoc tasks
- Greeting visitors, managing post, and keeping the office running efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an accounts assistant, admin assistant, or office administrator
- Confident with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and common accounting software (Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks an advantage)
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and numeracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Available for an immediate (ASAP) start
