What you'll be doing
• Meeting and greeting visitors and senior stakeholders with warmth and polish.
• Owning the front-of-house experience, keeping it professional, welcoming, and on point.
• Managing office supplies and liaising with suppliers.
• Setting up meeting rooms and maintaining a sharp, well-presented office.
• Providing general administrative support across the wider team.
• Anticipating needs before they're even asked and quietly making things happen.

• Previous experience in workplace, office support, hospitality, or front-of-house roles.
