Full Time Waiter / Waitress

We are seeking experienced waiters and waitresses to join our team at Lurra in Marylebone.

Candidates should have prior experience working in a restaurant of similar calibre and a genuine passion for delivering excellent service.

The successful candidate will be able to work in a busy environment, maintain a high level of organisation and ensure attentive and personable service.

Lurra is a Basque grill in Marylebone focusing on seasonal produce cooked over wood and charcoal.

The restaurant is highly established having been open for ten years, with many loyal and regular customers.

As an independent we have flexibility in our offer; we have a daily specials board curated by our team of chefs and we introduce new wines regularly, some of which are imported directly and are exclusive to us.

Our sister restaurant Donostia has received critical acclaim since its opening in 2012.

We serve Basque inspired tapas and pintxo dishes using the best quality, seasonal ingredients.The restaurant is highly established having been open for over 13 years, with many loyal and regular customers.
