Teaching Assistant – Bournemouth

We are working with a number of schools across Bournemouth that are looking to appoint Teaching Assistants to join their support teams.

These are full-time, long-term positions working Monday to Friday from 8:30am–3:30pm, with daily rates between £92 and £100.

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils both academically and personally, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

Opportunities are available across mainstream and specialist schools, with many roles offering the chance to progress into permanent employment.

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with children and can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.

Experience within education is welcomed, but candidates from coaching, childcare, youth work, and care backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting learning within the classroom.

• Working with individuals and small groups.

• Promoting positive behaviour and pupil engagement.

• Assisting children with additional needs where required.

• Supporting teachers with classroom activities and resources.
