Bolton | Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)

£35,000 to £40,000 + flexible working

Are you a paid search specialist who wants more than just running campaigns? This is a chance to own the strategy, sit in front of clients and prove the commercial value of what you deliver.

I'm working with an established B2B digital agency with a strong reputation for joined-up marketing, web and CRM work.

Their client base spans service, manufacturing and professional businesses across the North West and the wider UK, and they're looking for a Digital hands-on marketing consultant to take ownership of a portfolio of accounts.

What you'll be doing

You'll shape and deliver digital strategy for B2B clients, with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads at the heart of the role.

That means planning, building and optimising campaigns, managing budgets, bidding, targeting and ad copy, and constantly pushing for better conversion rates, lower cost per lead and stronger lead quality.

You'll use GA4, Google Tag Manager and platform data to measure what's really working, contribute to SEO strategy, run LinkedIn and Meta campaigns where they make sense, and review landing pages and customer journeys to find conversion wins.

Crucially, you'll lead client meetings and explain results in plain commercial language, not marketing jargon.

What you'll bring
• Strong hands-on Google Ads experience and a solid grasp of paid search strategy.

• A track record of delivering lead generation campaigns with meaningful budgets.

• Confidence with GA4, conversion tracking, attribution and Google Tag Manager.

• Broader knowledge across SEO and conversion optimisation.

• Experience managing client relationships or internal stakeholders.

• Clear, confident communication, written and verbal.

• Bonus points for LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot or similar CRM experience, landing page and CRO work, B2B copywriting, or a background in a digital agency.
