Summary

The Stock Associate will support back-of-house operations and assist the sales team on the salesfloor.

This role is responsible for maintaining stockroom organization, processing shipments and transfers, and supporting inventory accuracy.

The position reports to the Store Director and works closely with Operations partners.

Responsibilities
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and salesfloor to company standards.

• Receive and ship product deliveries on a weekly basis.

• Communicate shipment discrepancies to the Store Director and Operations partners.

• Process internal product transfers and client orders in a timely manner.

• Prepare and execute weekly cycle counts and assist with annual inventory.

• Liaise with Operations to resolve inventory discrepancies, corrections, and adjustments.

• Ensure stockroom and salesfloor meet Visual Standards.

• Support the sales team on the salesfloor as needed.

• Manage supply orders from internal and external vendors.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience; luxury or contemporary preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with shipping programs, inventory management systems, and inventory audits.

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

• Pro-active, team-oriented attitude and ability to work independently.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
