Job Description
• Manage sourcing and production activities to meet project timelines and budget requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product quality and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor and analyze production schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
• Daily communication with factories, vendors and mills.
• Daily updates of WIP reports.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to achieve cost savings.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Sourcing and Production Associate Manager should have:
• Experience in sourcing and production within the apparel industry.
• Desirable: bi-lingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
