Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sandwich Makers to join our team.

This role involves preparing high-quality sandwiches and other food items in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to food safety standards.

Responsibilities
• Prepare a variety of sandwiches, wraps, and salads according to established recipes and customer specifications.
• Ensure all food items are prepared in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including sanitising surfaces and equipment regularly.
• Serve customers efficiently, taking orders accurately and providing friendly assistance.
• Upsell additional menu items to maximise sales opportunities.
• Manage time effectively to ensure orders are completed promptly during busy periods.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks as needed.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment for pop colleagues and customers.

Experience
• Previous experience in food preparation or within a restaurant environment is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous.
• Experience in serving customers with professionalism and courtesy is preferred.
• Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately.
• Kitchen or culinary experience will be considered an asset, especially familiarity with fast-paced food service settings.
• Strong time management skills are essential to ensure timely delivery of orders during peak hours.

Pay: £10.90-£12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
