Role Description The Repair Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Plymouth Meeting, PA.

This role is responsible for diagnosing issues, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on a wide range of industrial and commercial cleaning equipment.

Day-to-day tasks include inspecting equipment, identifying mechanical and electrical problems, ordering and installing parts, testing repairs, and documenting service activities.

The Repair Technician will communicate with internal teams and customers about repair status, ensure timely and accurate service, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

The role may also involve supporting the rental fleet, preparing equipment for delivery, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Equipment Maintenance and Appliance Repair skills with experience servicing commercial or industrial machinery.
• Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting abilities for mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to provide clear updates to customers and collaborate with team members.
• Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to Customer Satisfaction, focusing on quality repairs and responsive service.
• Relevant qualifications such as prior repair technician experience, basic electrical and mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read technical manuals and schematics are beneficial.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, strong attention to detail, ability to lift and move equipment as needed, and adherence to safety procedures.
