A residential property maintenance company is currently recruiting experienced Property Deep Cleaners to assist with end-of-tenancy property preparation.

This role focuses on restoring empty properties to a clean and presentable condition before new tenants move in.
Duties include:
• Full cleaning of unoccupied homes.

• Deep cleaning kitchens, ovens, and surfaces.

• Bathroom cleaning, descaling, and mould removal.

• Cleaning windows, skirting boards, flooring, and doors.

• Preparing properties for landlord and agency inspections.

Work Schedule
• Flexible part-time work, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours.

• Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities.

• Jobs are offered as they become available in your area.

• Please note that this is a part-time role and does not guarantee full-time hours.

Pay & Benefits
• £15 per hour.

• £18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies.

• Paid travel time where applicable.

• Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available).

• Minimum 2 years of cleaning experience.

• Ability to complete jobs independently.

• Own cleaning products and equipment required.

• Reliable vehicle or transport access.

• Very good English communication skills.
