Join a Leading Private Client as a Personal Assistant to the COO & Operations Team | £36K | Hybrid Working
A prestigious private client is in search of a highly professional and discreet Personal Assistant to provide top-notch support to their Chief Operating Officer and Operations Team.

The role is based at the client's main office in Central London, with occasional travel to a secondary site and the flexibility to work remotely two days each week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full diary and inbox for the COO, including daily in-person briefings.
• Liaise on the COO's behalf with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other PAs across the organization to optimize scheduling.
• Provide general support to the Operations, HR, and Finance teams.
• Prepare meeting materials and documents for high-level committee meetings.
• Offer ad hoc support to other senior individuals as needed.
• Contribute to a collegial, respectful, and professional team environment.
Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience as a PA supporting senior executives.
• A calm and personable approach, capable of managing up diplomatically.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Discreet and trustworthy with a deep understanding of confidentiality.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Able to handle multiple tasks while remaining flexible with changing priorities.
• A naturally helpful, friendly, and collaborative team player.
Working Arrangements:
• Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote (flexibility required).
• Standard hours: 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Occasional travel to a secondary location outside London.
Salary & Terms:
• £36,000 per annum.
• Permanent, full-time position.
