Nail Technician – Commission Based

3 Days Per Week | 50/50 Commission Split

Studio One 6 Four is looking for a talented, reliable and motivated Nail Technician to join our salon on a commission basis.

This role would suit someone who is confident in their work and is looking for a salon where they can build and grow their own clientele without the expense of renting a nail space or purchasing all of their own equipment.

The Role

You will work 3 days per week from our salon in Stretford on a 50/50 commission split.

We will provide:
• Fully equipped nail space.

• Nail equipment and kit/products needed to carry out treatments.

• Professional salon environment.

• Opportunity to grow your clientele within an established salon.

What We're Looking For

The successful applicant must:
• Be qualified and confident in BIAB, acrylic nails, gel nails and toes.

• Produce work to a high professional standard.

• Be friendly, reliable and professional.

• Have good hygiene and salon standards.

• Be confident using social media to promote their work and attract bookings.

• Actively work on building a regular client base through social media, word of mouth and client recommendations.

• Be motivated to grow within the salon.

Please note: This is not a role where a full client list will automatically be provided.

We are looking for someone who is proactive and understands that building their clientele is an important part of the position.

Pay

50/50 commission split

All nail space, equipment and kit/products are provided by the salon, allowing you to focus on providing treatments, promoting your work and growing your clientele.

3 days per week

Requirements

- Proficient in nail care techniques including nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

- Knowledge of makeup application is desirable

- Fluent in English for client interactions and salon communication

Pay: £10.70-£12.04 per hour
