Position: Lead Sous Chef - Fine Dining, 2 Days Off, Rural Kitchen
Job Search Place Limited is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their Michelin recommended fine dining restaurant in the United Kingdom.
You will be leading a passionate team, ensuring smooth operations in the kitchen, and delivering the Head Chef's vision.
This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience at a chef de Partie level and a good understanding of cost control and food safety.
