Shift Options: 08:00 - 17:30

Warehouse Operative
We are currently seeking a number of Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established and expanding organic dairy business based near Basingstoke.

This is a fantastic opportunity for dependable and motivated individuals looking for ongoing employment with immediate starts.
The successful candidates will work within a busy warehouse operation, helping to ensure products are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining excellent standards of accuracy, quality, and safety.
Accurately pick and pack orders for customer delivery.
Load and unload incoming and outgoing vehicles.
Move stock throughout the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner.
Assist with stock takes and inventory checks.
Keep work areas clean, tidy, and organised.
Adhere to company health and safety policies at all times.
Support colleagues with general warehouse tasks as needed.
This role involves regular manual handling and a high level of physical activity.

Lifting and moving products throughout their shift.
Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
Background in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or production environments.
Knowledge of order picking and packing processes.
Forklift licence would be beneficial but is not required.
Competitive pay rate of £13.50 per hour .
Monday to Friday working schedule.
