We are looking for Care Assistant who can work closely with both management and carers alike.

Working to the highest standards in following the routine as set out by the Manager and supporting the work of Care Assistants.

Working knowledge of the Care Standards Regulations and the Whistle Blowing Procedures, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults Procedures and the Policies and procedures of the Company is desirable.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, or be working towards either an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care.

• Previous experience in a similar role as Care Assistant.

• NVQ 2 and above in Health and Social Care.

• Experience in working with dementia.

• Caring, compassionate and a good listener.

• An energetic, happy person who enjoys forming relationships with all sorts of people.

• Happy to offer support with a range of tasks, including personal care, administering medicine.
