Job Description
Deckers Brands is seeking an Associate VAS Manager (Distribution) for the EMEA region.
You will lead VAS governance, onboarding, and inventory sub-operations across European distribution centres, coordinating with IT, finance and logistics partners to improve accuracy and efficiency.

You will develop dashboards and KPIs, analyse trends, and drive continuous improvement across the network, balancing customer requirements with governance and compliance standards.
