Location: Bolton
Salary: Up to £29,000 DOE + Monthly Bonus Scheme
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

What You'll Be Doing
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email.
• Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure shipments run smoothly.
• Updating customer records and maintaining accurate information.
• Building strong relationships with customers and delivering a first-class experience.
• Using internal systems to manage bookings, track shipments, and process customer requests.
• Identifying solutions and taking ownership of customer queries from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys helping people and isn't afraid to take ownership.

You'll ideally have:
• Outstanding customer service skills (essential).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong IT skills and confidence learning new systems.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Great problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• The ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Experience within transport, freight forwarding, or logistics is advantageous but not essential.
