Great opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic Cook who is looking for a rewarding full time role.

£14.50 p/h, average 33 hours per week

8am - 6pm, weekend on, weekend off.

The Role:

You will be based in the kitchen, cooking and preparing main meals, side dishes, deserts, snacks and baked goods - cakes especially! - for the residents.

Menu planning and buying are all done for you, so you can focus on the cooking!

Responsibilities of the Cook will include:
• Prepare side dishes, deserts, baked goods and snacks daily from fresh ingredients.

• Reheating externally supplied main dishes, ensuring that dishes are well presented and prepared per instructions.

• Working with excellent food hygeine and within food safety regulations.
• Working safely in the kitchen & keeping it clean and tidy.

• Be responsible for reporting any maintenance issues to the Manager which prevents the safe handling, storage or serving of food.
