About LLC – Lower Latitude Club

LLC – Lower Latitude Club is a new hospitality and entertainment venue in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, operated by SOUK & SAVOR LTD.

The venue will combine bar service, food, DJs, entertainment, themed events, private functions and social experiences.

As we prepare for launch and future growth, we are looking for a creative and commercially minded Advertising and marketing associate professional to help build the LLC brand and grow its audience.

The Role

The Marketing & Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing LLC’s day-to-day marketing activity, social media channels, content planning and event promotion.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands social media trends, hospitality, nightlife and content creation, and who can turn online attention into real customer visits, bookings and event attendance.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage LLC social media accounts including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Create and maintain a weekly and monthly content calendar.
• Produce engaging posts, stories, reels and short-form videos.
• Promote DJs, themed nights, events, offers, VIP tables and private bookings.
• Support launch campaigns and “Coming Soon” promotions.
• Develop creative ideas to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and other suitable platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, reach, engagement and conversions.
• Respond to social media messages, comments and customer enquiries.
• Work with photographers, videographers, DJs, performers, influencers and promoters.
• Identify suitable local influencers and collaboration opportunities.
• Help organise influencer nights, launch events and promotional activities.
• Create or coordinate posters, digital graphics and promotional content.
• Capture content during events, weekends and selected busy service periods.
• Maintain consistent LLC branding across all marketing platforms.
• Promote birthday packages, celebrations, corporate bookings and VIP experiences.
• Support email, WhatsApp and customer database marketing.
• Monitor local competitors and nightlife trends.
• Encourage customer-generated content, reviews and online engagement.
• Prepare regular marketing reports for management.
• Track marketing spend and campaign results.
• Work closely with the Events, Operations and Management teams.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:
• Creative and confident using social media.
• Comfortable producing content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Able to identify social media trends and apply them to the LLC brand.
• Passionate about hospitality, nightlife, entertainment or lifestyle marketing.
• Confident communicating with customers, influencers and business partners.
• Organised and capable of managing several campaigns at once.
• Commercially minded and understands that marketing should support sales, bookings and customer growth.
• Able to work independently and as part of a management team.
• Flexible enough to attend selected evening or weekend events when content coverage is needed.

Experience

Previous experience in one or more of the following would be beneficial:
• Social media management.

• Digital marketing.

• Hospitality marketing.

• Nightlife or event marketing.

• Content creation.

• Photography.

• Videography.

• Paid social advertising.

• Influencer marketing.

• Graphic design.

Experience within a bar, club, restaurant, hotel, events business or lifestyle brand would be an advantage.

Working Environment

LLC is a hospitality and entertainment venue, so this role may require some evening or weekend attendance for event coverage, photography, video content and promotions.

The role will include a combination of planning, content creation, campaign management and on-site marketing activity.
