About the Role:

We’re looking for a Learning Support Apprentice to join our dynamic and supportive team!

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting students with their learning in class and in small group.

• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities.

• Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

• Gaining practical experience while studying a Teaching Assistant Level 3 qualification.

What We’re Looking For:
• A passion for helping others.

• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.

• Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic attitude.

• Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths (or working towards them).
