Job Description
• Shinewater Primary School.
• £25,316 - £26,378 FTE – SAT B.
• £17,734 - £18,478 Pro Rata.
• 30 hours per week.
• Term Time plus 5 Staff Development Days.
• Fixed Term, Until 31/08/2027.

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised SENCO Assistant to join our school community.
In this administrative role, you will work directly alongside our SENCO, providing essential administrative, organisational, and welfare support to ensure our pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and/or medical requirements thrive.
If you are a detail-oriented professional who wants to make a real difference in the lives of young people, we want to hear from you.
Experience of working in a similar role in a school setting would be a distinct advantage.
