Position: Central Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION About the role

The Guinness Property team is recruiting for a Central Administrator on a full time, 9-month fixed term contract based in Oldham.

We currently offer hybrid working, blending office days with days working from home.
What we are looking for

We are seeking a highly organised individual with proven customer service experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

You will be handling confidential information with discretion, and using IT systems, including Microsoft Office, to produce reports and analysis.

Excellent communication and time management skills will be required for this role.

Essential qualifications
• Educated to level 2 (C+ or 9-4 GCSE or equivalent) or higher.
Desirable qualifications
• Qualified Fire Marshal.
