Monday to Friday working hours (7:30am - 5:00pm)

• As a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the efficient operation of the Bodyshop.

Acting as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email and in person.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal management systems.
• Processing documentation and supporting the administration of repair jobs.
• Delivering a high standard of customer service at every stage of the repair journey.

We're looking for an experienced Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Bodyshop Receptionist / Service Advisor who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a customer service or administration role within the automotive industry or Bodyshop environment (Essential).
·A full UK driving licence is desirable.
