We’re looking for a reliable and hard‑working Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Porter to join our Central Production Kitchen team.

You’ll help keep the kitchen running smoothly by supporting chefs, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring high hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Food preparation — basic chopping, washing, and portioning.

• Dishwashing — operating dishwashers, hand‑washing when needed.

• Cleaning duties — surfaces, floors, equipment.

• Stock handling — deliveries, storage, rotation.

• Waste management — bins, recycling, safe disposal.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Good communication and teamwork.

• Understanding of basic food hygiene (training provided if needed).
