- Plan and schedule project tasks and workforce
- Ensure quality control of concrete work

- Manage materials and equipment on site
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress
- Train and mentor crew members
- Coordinate equipment and resources effectively
- Prepare reports on project status and issues
- Resolve problems and implement solutions promptly
