Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet visitors and be the face of Bonnie Cone Classical Academy; show a great attitude with a “YES” mentality and an “EAGER TO HELP” demeanor.

• Keep the front office orderly, calm, clean, and organized.
r
• Answer enrollment questions and facilitate enrollment process.
r
• Maintain confidentiality for students, parents, and staff.
r
• Ensure proper student/visitor sign in and sign out.
r
• Daily attendance.
r
• General administrative and clerical support.
r
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
r
• Assorted filing and data entry.
r
• Have a working knowledge of school policies, procedures, and events.
r
• Adhere to timelines/deadlines.
r
• Money handling responsibilities.
r
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Pass applicable background check.
