The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning.

You will:
• Supervise lessons using pre-prepared work in the absence of teachers.

• Maintain a calm and productive classroom environment.

• Manage behaviour in line with school policies.

• Support student engagement and progress.

• Assist with administrative or classroom-based tasks when required.
