We are seeking an experienced Freelance Influencer Marketing Specialist to support the growth of an emerging female-focused fashion and beauty brand.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in influencer marketing and, most importantly, an established network of relationships with high-profile Instagram influencers and creators with audiences of 1 million+ followers.

This role focuses on identifying, approaching, and securing product placements and gifting opportunities with relevant large-scale influencers to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute influencer outreach campaigns for fashion and beauty products.
• Leverage existing relationships with influencers and talent managers to secure product placements.
• Identify and engage relevant influencers with audiences of 1M+ followers.
• Manage influencer communications from initial outreach through to product delivery and follow-up.
• Coordinate product gifting and seeding campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting on outreach and results.
• Maintain an organised pipeline of influencer contacts, opportunities, and partnerships.

Requirements
• Proven experience in influencer marketing within the fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
• Existing relationships with Instagram influencers and creator networks with audiences of 1M+ followers .
• Demonstrable success in influencer outreach, product seeding, and partnership campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and current creator trends.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with strong project and time management abilities.
• Results-driven with a proven ability to secure placements and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• UK-based.
