Simply Education is recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support fantastic primary schools and specialist settings across Cambridge this September.

We're looking for people who genuinely want to make a difference and understand that progress isn't always measured in grades.

Sometimes it's measured in smiles, confidence and small victories.

This role would suit you if you have experience as:
• SEN Teaching Assistant.

• Learning Support Assistant.

• Behaviour Mentor.

• Sports Coach working with children.

• Residential Care Worker.

• Youth Worker.

• Support Worker within children's services.

What you'll be doing
• Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs.

• Working 1:1 and in small groups.

• Helping pupils regulate emotions and engage with learning.

• Building positive relationships through consistency and trust.

• Working alongside teachers, SENCOs and wider support teams.

What we're looking for
• A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND.

• Excellent behaviour management and communication skills.

• Resilience, patience and a calm approach under pressure.

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

• A genuine passion for helping every child reach their potential.
