As a Functional Specialist, you'll carry out professional, compassionate assessments to help the DWP make informed decisions — supporting people with health conditions and disabilities across the UK.

The Role:
• Conduct holistic assessments (virtually and face-to-face) to understand how individuals’ health conditions impact their daily lives.
• Produce up to 3 detailed clinical reports per day.
• Work in a hybrid pattern with occasional travel to your local centre.
• Benefit from a structured day, with built-in time for CPD, breaks, and admin.

What You Need:
• Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, OT, Physio, Paramedic or Doctor.

• Registered with NMC/HCPC/GMC.

• 1+ year experience.

• Strong communication and IT skills.

• A desire to learn and contribute to a meaningful mission.
