Responsibilities
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Manage multi-line phone systems, answer incoming calls promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information using hotel management software.
• Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly.
• Promote hotel services such as dining options, local attractions, and special events to enhance guest experience.
Requirements
• Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for night audit shifts or busy periods.
• Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality roles that demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour
