What you’ll get stuck into:
• Supporting teachers in fun, engaging, and interactive lessons.

• Working 1:1 with pupils who need that extra boost.

• Leading small group activities and interventions.

• Helping to create a positive, calm, and inclusive classroom vibe.

• Preparing resources (yes, a bit of laminating might be involved!).

• Encouraging participation, curiosity, and confidence in every student.

• Being a positive role model students can trust and rely on.

A big part of your role will involve supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)—and this is where you’ll really make an impact.

Your impact on SEND students:
• Supporting children with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.

• Following individual support plans and adapting learning on the spot.

• Using patience, empathy, and creativity to keep students engaged.

• Helping pupils regulate emotions and build resilience.

• Celebrating small wins (which often turn into big ones!).

• Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to track progress and development.

• Creating a safe, supportive space where every child feels valued.

We’re looking for people who are:
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to commit full-time.

• Passionate about working with children and young people.

• Patient, adaptable, and quick to think on their feet.

• Interested in a long-term career in education.
